My whole body doesn't want to work right now. My legs can't support my body. My arms can't hold anything. I'm stuck here until my body starts to get its strength back.
Why do my muscles feel like they are starting to atrophy?

well the lactic acid builds up in your muscles and that's why when you try to move it hurts. but if you relax the oxygen will take away the lactic acid and help to rebuild your muscles(on a microscopic scale)
so remember when you hurt, lay down and breathe as deep as you can. (relaxes you and helps your muscles)
god i hate health class

Hahaha. I have taken plenty of potassium, and I was asleep and awoke to this. My muscles felt like they had been maxed out, but I had just been sleeping.
Potassium pwns lactic acid.
